Description
A new business school was built for internal manager training, as well as new executive office space to reflect the status and image of Old Mutual's asset management team.
The building was West-facing, so an innovative and high tech (yet attractive) façade needed to be designed in order to cope with the sun.
A joint venture of two QS's managed the finances of the project.
