Description
A new tourist destination incorporating offices, a museum, a restaurant, and a large public hall was developed below the Lookout Hill in Khayelitsha.
Being the highest point in the area, the viewing deck on Khayelitsha's Lookout Hill offers 360 degree views of the Cape Flats, attracting many foreign tourists and tour busses.
No other quantity surveyors were involved in the project.
