Description
New executive offices and council chambers were built on top of the existing civic centre short tower, meaning that the building needed to remain fully functional during building.
Another interesting feature of this new office development was that it was the first time the City of Cape Town had ever embarked on a multiple procurement project.
Ngewu & Associates were one of two quantity surveying firms involved.
